Stephanie Fletcher has over 30 years of work experience. Stephanie began their career in 1991 as an Enlisted in the US Army. In 2003, they moved to American Restoration and Waterproofing as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, where they executed and tracked all company contracts, managed employee benefits and payroll, and completed financial analysis of all projects upon completion. In 2011, they joined University and Student Services as the Director of Executive Administration & Business Management, where they managed growth from $500,000 to 13 million in a 10-year time span, ensured operations were efficient, focused and met all revenue and margin goals, and sought out new investment opportunities, negotiated terms and closed deals. In 2012, they moved to United Structural Steel, inc as a DBM. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Automation Integrated as the Business Office Manager.

Stephanie Fletcher began their education in 1993 at Seminole State College (Oklahoma), where they studied General Studies and Basic. Stephanie then transferred to the University of Central Oklahoma in 1994 to pursue a degree in Physics Engineering with a Minor in Military Science, which they completed in 1998. In 2021, Stephanie obtained a certification in Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn.
