Stephen Rayba Jr

Stephen Rayba Jr is an experienced Process Engineer and Operations Manager with a focus on manufactured products and safety guarding at Automation & Modular Components since August 2015. Stephen was promoted to Operations Manager for the Manufactured Products Group in July 2016, overseeing the division's operations. Prior experience includes work as an Associate CAD Designer at Stacer Concepts LLC and as a Mortgage Broker at UFS Union Financial Services, where responsibilities included managing the loan process. Stephen began a career in retail as a Sales Associate at Guitar Center, eventually leading the acoustic guitar department. Educational credentials include an Industrial Engineering Technician degree from ITT Technical Institute-Troy and a Certificate in AC/DC electronics from Sanilac County Career Center. A high school diploma was earned at Brown City High School.
