Robert "Kip" Johnston has extensive experience in engineering and management within the automation and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as President of Automation Solutions since May 1997, Kip Johnston oversees daily operations, manages engineering and production teams, and drives the company's strategic vision, with a focus on enhancing machine efficiency. Prior to this role, Kip Johnston was the Director of Engineering at Richwood Industries from April 1989 to April 1997, where responsibilities included managing process development, machine development, and control systems throughout their lifecycle. Kip Johnston holds an education from USC Marshall School of Business and California State University, Long Beach.
