Arleen Candari serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Automation & Validation Solutions since February 2024 and is an active Chapter Member of the Women Presidents Organization in the East Bay, Greater Bay Area. As the Founder and CEO of C&A Consulting, LLC since June 2003, Arleen has provided consulting services to major companies such as Bayer Healthcare and Genentech. Previous roles include Project Manager and Strategic Compliance Quality Auditor at Skanska and Parexel, respectively, where Arleen focused on project and compliance management within the pharmaceutical industry. Arleen began their career as a Manufacturing Associate at Genentech after earning a BS degree in Psychobiology from UCLA.
