Swapnil Rai

Swapnil Rai has extensive work experience in various organizations. Swapnil started their career at ProSoft Technology Group Inc.dba Kellton Tech in 2010 as a Quality Analyst. After that, they worked as a Test Associate at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they joined Syntel in 2013 as a Business Analyst until 2016. Currently, Swapnil is employed at AutomationEdge as a Business Analyst, where they have served in multiple positions, including Lead Business Analyst since October 2021.

Swapnil Rai earned a Master's degree in IT and Financial Management Services from the School of Management Sciences, Khushipur, Bachhawan, Varanasi from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics & Communication from Lucknow University, Lucknow. Additionally, Swapnil has obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org. They have also completed the Business Analyst Profession Program from iBAT Association.
