Tim Weir

Tim Weir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and enterprise relationship management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Relationship Manager at Automattic since November 2020, Tim focuses on assisting enterprise customers in managing large-scale websites on WordPress. Previously, Tim held the position of Director of Customer Success at Skyword, where leadership of a team of Customer Success Managers resulted in a 30% increase in retention.
