Carlos Silva has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Carlos started their career in 1988 as an E-learning Developer and Trainer at ISTEC. From there, they transitioned to the Portuguese Army as an Analyst Programmer for a year before joining Phoenix Group Inc. as an IT Manager & Project Manager, where they worked for seven years. In 1998, Carlos moved to Wunderman as a Project Manager CRM/ERP, where they worked until 2004. Carlos then joined Euro RSCG 4D as a Technology Consultant, providing digital/technological solutions for various clients. Since 2007, Carlos has been working at Automóvel Club de Portugal, initially as a CRM Project Manager and now as the Head of Development. In their role, they have planned and designed phases for CRM and BI projects, incorporating various technological solutions such as Oracle Siebel CRM, Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Alchemer, and Docusign.
Carlos Silva attended ISTEC, where they pursued a Technical degree in Computer Sciences from an unknown start year to 1988.
