Marco Ramos has extensive administrative and customer service experience within the Automóvel Club de Portugal since 2007, currently serving as a funcionário administrativo with a focus on events and vehicle certifications at ACP Clássicos since 2016. Previous roles include escriturário, where responsibilities encompassed member support, sales, and data management, and coordinator, overseeing teams and services in travel assistance across Europe. Additionally, Marco participated in various ACP events as a commercial representative and public relations officer. Early career experiences include a sales technician role focused on health and safety services and an internship at Grupo Marsans in customer relations and budgeting. Marco is pursuing a degree in Tourism at Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração in Lisbon.
