Vinayak V Bhat has extensive experience in various HR roles. Vinayak V is currently the Deputy General Manager ER and IR India Head at Automotive Axle Limited. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager - Human Resources at Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd. Vinayak V also held positions as Deputy General Manager and Head-Human Resources at Triton Valves Ltd, where they were responsible for HR policies, procedures, budgeting, training and development, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and managing ER & IR. Vinayak V was also involved in driving CSR initiatives and ISO and OHSAS certifications. Before that, they worked as a Manager-HR & Admin at Himatsingka Seide Limited, where they played an active role in a significant green field project and managed HR activities. Vinayak V started their career as a part of the Internal Audit Team at Namaste Exports Ltd.

Vinayak V Bhat completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from JSS College, Dharwad, from 1989 to 1991. Vinayak V also obtained a Post Graduation in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Dr. Rajendra Prasad University of Communication and Management in Mumbai. Additionally, they received primary schooling from the Practicing School in Kumta, North Canara.

Vinayak V Bhat has also acquired additional certifications. In May 2019, they completed a course on "Psychology at Workplace" from Coursera. In February 2019, they obtained a certification in "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from the same institution.
