Benoît Pacchiana is a seasoned professional in the fields of validation and verification (V&V) within the automotive and aerospace industries. Currently serving as the V&V Technical Unit Manager at ACC - Automotive Cells Company since June 2022, Benoît leads a team focused on validating product performances against client requirements. Previously held roles include V&V Specialist, where responsibilities included establishing verification procedures and managing validation campaigns. Benoît's experience spans various organizations such as CAP'TRONIC, RESCOLL, and ACTEQ, where notable achievements include managing multi-partner projects in aeronautics and implementing quality systems and continuous improvement tools. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in Mechatronics from ENIB and a technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
