At Canadian Tire, Paula Sayers has held multiple leadership roles since March 2003, including Associate Vice President of Automotive Maintenance, where responsibilities encompass managing a $185 million business, overseeing product assortment, pricing, and marketing strategies, as well as fostering relationships with vendors and franchisees. Previous positions at Canadian Tire include Manager of Store Testing & Piloting and Associate Manager of Retail Operations. Paula Sayers began the career at Canadian Tire as a Computer Operator/Office Manager and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Western University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
