Shannon Spano is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the automotive and retail sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Sales at Castrol - Wakefield Canada Inc since October 2018, Shannon has also held significant leadership roles within the Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada, including Past Chair, Chair, Vice Chair, and Second Vice Chair from April 2021 to April 2025. Prior to these positions, Shannon worked at Wakefield Canada from 2006 to October 2018 in various roles, including National Retail Sales Manager and Category Manager, and spent six years at Telus Mobility as a Territory Sales Manager and in Client Operations. Educationally, Shannon holds a degree from Queen's University and completed a program at the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2011.
