Nichole Felton

Nichole Felton currently serves as Vice President of Materials Management at ZF Group since June 2020 and holds positions as a Board Member at the Automotive Industry Action Group and an Automotive Next Executive Committee Member at Inforum. Previously, Nichole worked at WABCO as a Sourcing & Purchasing Leader, where responsibilities included developing an integration roadmap for newly acquired sites and creating a robust North American purchasing structure. Prior experience includes roles at Aptiv as Global SCM Transformation Executive, overseeing a significant spinoff, and at Delphi, where Nichole advanced through multiple positions to manage a $1.3 billion spend and lead a $1.6 billion thermal divisional divestiture. Nichole holds a Master's degree in Operations Management from Kettering University and a Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering from Ferris State University.
