Kevin Ohler

Kevin Ohler has extensive experience in the automotive and retail sectors, serving on the Board of Directors for the Automotive Maintenance & Repair Association since October 2018. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at TBC Corporation from March 2012 to September 2024, notably as Vice President of Customer Care & Experience, where responsibilities included establishing the customer experience organization and managing cross-functional operations involving sales, customer support, and call center activities across the U.S. and Mexico. Additionally, Kevin held the position of Director of Retail Operations, overseeing P&L management and operational efficiency. Earlier in the career, Kevin was the Division Director of Sales & Operations at Tire Kingdom from January 2008 to February 2012, leading sales and operations across over 400 locations in the Southeast Division. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Mary's College of Maryland.

Automotive Maintenance & Repair Association

The Automotive Maintenance and Repair Association (AMRA) is a not-for-profit trade association formally organized September 1994 to represent the interests, common policies and purposes of companies engaged in providing automotive maintenance and repair services, their suppliers and related companies in the automotive industry when dealing with consumers. The main purpose of AMRA is to provide consumer communication programs like its Motorist Assurance Program (MAP), MAP Participating Facility Program and its MAP-Qualified Technician Program for the benefit of the consumer. AMRA also provides consumer brochures for consumer education, providing information on a variety of consumer-requested topics dealing with their automotive maintenance and repair service experiences.
