Michael van Dam

Michael van Dam is an experienced Scala Developer currently employed at Automotive MediaVentions since July 2019, where responsibilities include working with the Scala programming language and Play Framework, as well as implementing Event Sourcing using MongoDB and Elasticsearch. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Webdeveloper at AutoTrack.nl from May 2012 to June 2019 and at Calanza from August 2006 to November 2011, contributing to various projects and campaigns. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, earned from 1998 to 2003.
