Andrew Hurley, PhD, serves as a Professor of Packaging Science at Clemson University and is the Research Director of Clemson FRESH, focusing on reducing food waste and enhancing food life. In addition to teaching and conducting research on packaging's impact on consumer perception, Andrew Hurley fosters entrepreneurship within the College of Agriculture, Forestry, and Life Sciences as the Director of Entrepreneurship. As the founder of The Packaging School, Automotive Packaging Summit, and Package InSight by Quad, Andrew Hurley addresses industry skills gaps and promotes innovation within packaging. Educational achievements include a PhD in Rhetorics, Communication, and Information Design, an MS in Packaging Science, and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
