John Gerold

John Gerold has extensive work experience in various financial and managerial roles. John is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Automotive Parts Headquarters, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at MVP from 2018 to 2022 and CDI custom curb adapters from 2014 to 2017.

Before their CFO roles, John was the Plant Controller at Medtronic from 2005 to 2014. John also worked as the Financial Planning Analysis Manager at Ryerson from 2003 to 2005 and as the Operations Manager at Graco from 1997 to 2003.

John's earlier experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at Cummins Power Generation from 1990 to 1997 and as an Analyst at The Pillsbury Company from 1987 to 1990.

John Gerold earned a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Agricultural Economics and Agricultural Business Administration from the University of Minnesota from 1982 to 1987. John later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they completed from 1987 to 1990. Additionally, John obtained a CPA certification from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in 1990 and a Lean Green Belt certification from COVIDIEN LP in an unspecified year.
