The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing sheet metal stampings, welded assemblies and modules for the automotive industry. The Company's product range includes body-in-white (BIW) structural panels, skin panels, fuel tanks, oil sumps and suspension parts, mainly for passenger and commercial vehicles. The Company also manufactures sheet metal components for tractors. Its skin parts of cars include side panel, rear door panel (Palio), front door panel (Palio), front mudguard (Palio) and cabin inner panel. Its BIW components include Rear Quarter Glass (Safari), Panel Dash (Safari), Door Inner panel-(Tata Mobile), Bonnet inner-(Palio) and Panel Inner rear door (Tata Mobile). The Company has approximately four plants in India located at Bhosari, Maharashtra; Chakan, Maharashtra; Halol, Gujarat, and Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. Its customers are vehicle manufacturers.
