Caroline Mercer

Caroline Mercer is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Automotive Transformation Group, with a diverse background in software engineering. Since joining the company in August 2005, Caroline has progressed from a Junior ASP Developer to a Lead Software Engineer, earning multiple accolades including GForces "Most Valuable Player" and team recognition for "Most Outstanding Work - Software" in 2013 and 2014. Prior experience includes a role as a Junior Software Engineer at BAE Systems, where Caroline developed software in the Support Software department during a two-year tenure.
