Mike Rother

Mike Rother has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Mike is currently working as the Managing Partner at Auto Market Insights, where they provide deep data-driven analysis and strategy execution for automotive industry software companies. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at Automotive Ventures, offering guidance and support to automotive technology entrepreneurs.

Before their role at Automotive Ventures, Mike Rother founded MOXI, LLC in 2019. Mike also has experience as the SVP & General Manager at Dealer.com and as the SVP of Corporate Operations at NextGear Capital.

Mike Rother has held leadership positions at HomeNet Automotive, where they served as the VP and General Manager of the HomeNet Division, and as the VP of Product Development and Strategy. Mike has also worked as the VP of Operations and Product Development at CDMdata Inc., a Kelley Blue Book Company. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Dealer Support at Kelley Blue Book and held multiple roles at CDMdata Inc., including Manager of Customer Service and Software Engineer.

Mike Rother earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DePauw University from 1995 to 1999.
