Victor Darolfi

Victor Darolfi is an experienced engineering and leadership professional with a diverse background in the automotive and robotics sectors. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Automotive Ventures since April 2024, Victor previously held the position of CEO and Founder at RoboTire from November 2018 to January 2024. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at Spark Robotics, Director of Engineering at Portable Power Innovations, and various engineering positions at Lockheed Martin and Space Systems Loral, where significant contributions included process improvements, cost savings, and quality enhancements. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
