Molly Padovini

Molly Padovini is an experienced automotive industry leader, currently serving as General Manager at Elder Hyundai since February 2017 and at Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside since January 2007. With a robust career spanning several decades, Molly has held various managerial roles within the Elder Automotive Group, including Director of Fixed Operations at Elder Ford and General Manager positions at Jaguar of Troy and Jaguar of Novi. Additionally, Molly is an Executive Board Member of the Automotive Women's Alliance since December 2015. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University and graduated from Henry Ford II High School.
