Ben Harwood

Ben Harwood's work experience includes roles in various companies. Ben started their career in 2005 as an Assistant Store Manager at EBGames, where they assisted with operational responsibilities and maintained high sales. Ben later became a Store Manager, responsible for managerial duties and achieving high sales metrics. In 2007, they joined InMotion Entertainment as a Store Manager and Product Sales Training Specialist. Ben worked on selling techniques, maintained high customer service standards, and won awards for inventory control. Ben also played a key role in developing and implementing new training initiatives. In 2014, Ben joined Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Mitchell as an Inventory Manager and Data Analyst. Ben monitored customer satisfaction survey performance, studied survey response data, and used data analysis tools like R to identify patterns. In 2021, they joined Coupa Software as a Consultant in AIC Data Analytics. Currently, they work as an Associate Data Scientist at automotiveMastermind Inc., starting in 2022.
