Gunjan Bhatnagar, CSM®, CSPO®

Gunjan Bhatnagar, CSM®, CSPO®, has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Most recently, Gunjan worked as a Product Owner at automotiveMastermind Inc. starting in 2023. Before that, Gunjan held the role of Product Owner at Cover Whale from November 2020 to January 2023. At Cover Whale, Gunjan played a crucial role in automating the legacy manual quote process for commercial truck insurance. Gunjan worked closely with product leadership to define the product roadmap and translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements.

Prior to that, Gunjan worked as a Project Manager/Product Owner at CIXCI from January 2020 to November 2020. At CIXCI, Gunjan was responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders, assigning user stories to technical resources, conducting sprint ceremonies, creating project status dashboards, collaborating with third-party vendors, reviewing UI/UX screens, conducting quality assurance, and obtaining sign-off from business stakeholders.

Gunjan also served as a Sr. Business Analyst at Digital Cum Laude from March 2019 to November 2020. In this role, Gunjan worked on an agile-based project where the client needed an AI-based service-as-a-platform solution to offer insights. Gunjan's responsibilities included creating an impact profile of language and providing new insights.

Before that, Gunjan worked as a Business Development Consultant at HoopTale from February 2014 to March 2018. Gunjan also served as a Sr. Business Analyst at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) from August 2011 to December 2013 and as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technology Ltd from October 2006 to June 2009.

Gunjan Bhatnagar, CSM®, CSPO®, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Operations as a major and Human Resources as a minor from Amity University. Gunjan completed their MBA program from 2009 to 2011. Prior to their MBA, Gunjan earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Electronics & Communication from Moradabad Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.

In terms of certifications, Gunjan achieved their Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in October 2018. Gunjan recently obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification in December 2021. Gunjan also acquired the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2022.
