Vinny P. began their work experience in 2016 as a Quality Engineer at Arkwin Industries, where they were responsible for ensuring production quality and meeting customer turnaround goals. Vinny acted as the primary technical representative for several high-profile programs and led various quality improvement initiatives.

In 2017, Vinny joined AAR as a Reliability Engineering, Commercial Programs professional. In this role, they managed multiple initiatives related to in-flight component reliability, product pipeline growth, and warranty support. Vinny implemented process improvements and achieved a significant reduction in cycle time.

Vinny joined Newsela in 2020 as a Technical Program Manager and later took on the role of New Business Project/Program Manager. In this transformative period of growth, Vinny served as the first Project/Program Manager for the Customer Strategy & Planning team. Vinny played a crucial role in operationalizing go-to-market initiatives, customer onboarding efforts, and product feature launches.

Most recently, Vinny has been working at automotiveMastermind Inc. since 2023 as a Product & Project Lead-GTM Diligence.

Vinny P. completed their education at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. In addition to their formal education, Vinny has obtained several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in March 2023, Product-led Certification from Pendo.io in February 2023, and Project Management: Technical Projects from LinkedIn in January 2023. Vinny also possesses certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance and Green Belt (Lean Six Sigma) from ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers), although the specific dates of when they obtained these certifications are unknown.
