Alvaro Thiele Valenzuela

Alvaro Thiele Valenzuela is an experienced professional in project and operations management with a background in various sectors. Currently serving as Jefe de Proyectos TI at Gildemeister Chile since February 2024, Alvaro previously held the role of Head of Operations at Amplifica Dark Stores from September 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included driving business improvement initiatives and achieving significant reductions in order incidents. Prior experience at LATAM Airlines from July 2019 to August 2021 involved senior analyst roles focused on negotiating hotel contracts and managing procurement projects to enhance organizational efficiency.
