Ramana Sambu

Ramana Sambu has a diverse work experience with various companies. Ramana started their career as an ASM at Good Shepherd Consulting India Pvt Ltd from May 2013 to June 2014. Ramana then worked as a Management Trainee at Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry - FIPI from September 2015 to March 2016.

Ramana then joined Droom Technology in March 2016 and held multiple roles, including Management Associate (Partnerships/alliances), Senior Manager (Strategic-Partnerships), Associate Director Business Development, and Associate Director - New Initiatives & Enterprise Support (ECO). During their time at Droom, they achieved significant accomplishments such as signing MoUs with OEMs, creating new products (Droom Credit, ECO Door Step Auto Inspection), managing supply and operations, reducing customer acquisition costs, and establishing partnerships with UBER. Ramana also conducted extensive research on EV vehicles and implemented various strategies that resulted in increased sales. Ramana remained with Droom until December 2019.

In 2019, Ramana Sambu co-founded Automovill Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they currently serve as the Chief Business Officer.

Ramana Sambu completed their high school education at Fathima Vidyalayam from 2002 to 2007. Ramana then pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in electrical engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, graduating in 2013. Subsequently, Ramana furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the Great Lakes Institute of Management from 2014 to 2016. During their MBA studies, they specialized in Oil & Gas and Marketing.
