Ashley Dias, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Engagement Marketing at AutoNation since May 2016, leading significant initiatives such as the rebranding of AutoNation Mobile Service and receiving the 2023 Innovation Award for reputation management. Prior roles at AutoNation include Senior Customer Marketing Manager, where Ashley managed the brand reputation of over 300 locations and facilitated the acquisition of RepairSmith, and Customer Marketing Manager, recognized as an Automotive News’ 40 Under 40 honoree in 2020. As the Founder of Level Up since 2018, Ashley oversees content creation and audience engagement. Past experiences include various positions in email marketing and digital communications, with education credentials including a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology from Florida State University and an MBA in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
