Benjamin Doenig

Benjamin Doenig, CISSP, currently serves as an Information Security Engineer at AutoNation since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing end-to-end incident response processes and maintaining the Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tool for enhanced endpoint protection. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Support Technician at American Express, providing level two support focused on networking and security for home-based employees, and ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Benjamin also worked as a Senior Helpdesk Technician at Northwestern Mutual, supporting over 300 computer systems and leading various system upgrade projects while additionally serving as a Tech Coach for best technology practices. Benjamin holds a degree in Political Science/International Affairs from Florida State University and has pursued further education at Nova Southeastern University.
