Stacie Nieberding

Stacie Nieberding, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent at AutoNation since June 2021, following a progressive career in various talent and organizational development roles. Prior experience includes management positions at Envision Physician Services, Starr Companies, and Kantar, where Stacie focused on talent development, learning initiatives, and performance management. Notable achievements include reengineering the global talent review process at Kantar and managing HR policies at innRoad, Inc. Stacie began their career in human resources through internships at InterContinental Hotels Group, where contributions included event planning and colleague orientation.
