Lance Boldt

Lance Boldt has extensive experience in the automotive and financial industries. Lance began their career in 1991 as a Business Development Manager at Manulife Financial. In 1996, they moved to Aetna Life & Casualty as a Life Brokerage Manager. Lance then joined Beneficial Financial Group as an Associate Agency Manager in 1997. In 1998, they became the Owner of The Estate Advisory Group, where they helped families direct over $1 billion to charity. In 2001, they became the Owner of The ICOLI Group. In 2000, they opened Encore Academy. In 2011, they became the President of Board of Directors & Facilitator of Canary Garden, a Utah/Salt Lake Counties community based non-profit organization providing grief support for children, teenagers and adults. In 2014, they joined the Board of Governors of the Automotive Communication Council, and in 2021 they joined the Marketing & Communications Committee of the Auto Care Association. From 2003 to 2021, Lance Boldt was the Co-Founder/V.P. Production Development of AutoNetTV Media, Inc., North America's largest private television network dedicated to the Automotive Aftermarket.

Lance Boldt obtained a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning & Counseling from Brigham Young University between 1978 and 1985. Lance has also obtained three certifications from LinkedIn, including Customer Experience: Journey Mapping in September 2022, Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program in April 2022, and Unconscious Bias in June 2020.
