Laura Ladd

Laura Ladd has a diverse work experience in various organizations, primarily in the fields of operations, business development, and fundraising.

Laura is currently serving as the Director of Operations at AutonoMe, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Business Development at the same company since December 2018.

Before joining AutonoMe, Laura worked at United Response from February 2015 to December 2018, where they held the position of Development Manager.

From May 2012 to April 2015, they worked at The Prince's Trust and held the role of Head of Business Development. Laura also briefly served as the Fundraising Manager- Public Sector at the same company from January 2012 to May 2012.

Prior to that, they worked at Fairbridge as a Partnership Development Officer from May 2010 to December 2011 and at Nacro as the Peer Mentor Support Co-ordinator from January 2009 to January 2010.

Laura began their career at For Life Experiences as an Education Co-ordinator from September 2006 to January 2009.

Laura Ladd pursued their education at the University of Southampton, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Politics and International Relations from 2004 to 2007. Laura later continued their academic journey at the same university, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Politics and International Relations from 2007 to 2009.
