Bo Tong has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. They began their career at Alibaba.com in 1999 as a Senior Software Engineer. They then worked at Ipedo as a QA Manager and Architect from 2001 to 2006. In 2004, Bo Tong co-founded Yododo.com and served as a Co-Founder until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Composite Software as a Senior Software Engineer and Senior SOA Engineer, where they implemented various features and enhanced security components. Next, Bo Tong joined Cisco Systems in 2013 as a Senior Software Engineer, leading UI engineers in Data Virtualization deployment management. They later joined TIBCO Software Inc. in 2017 as an Architect, where they redesigned SSL keystore/truststore files and added new security components to Tibco Data Virtualization. Most recently, they have been working at Autonomic and Ford Motor Company as a Principal Software Engineer.
Bo Tong attended Northeastern University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in computer science.
