Ornela Sproul

Ornela Sproul has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being at Autonomic as an HR Coordinator & Operations Manager since October 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Pivotal Labs as an Events Coordinator from September 2015 to October 2017.

Ornela also has experience at Pivotal Labs and Xtreme Labs, where they served as a SR. ADMINISTRATIVE / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT from September 2012 to August 2015. In this role, they worked closely with the executive and leadership team, managing administrative duties, office management tasks, and coordinating travel for executives. Ornela also played a key role during the transition of Xtreme Labs to Pivotal Labs.

Before joining Pivotal Labs and Xtreme Labs, Ornela worked at Shoppers Drug Mart/Canada Post as a Post office clerk, Cashier, and Merchandiser from August 2010 to August 2012.

Ornela Sproul started their education at Humber College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a degree in General Arts and Science. Later, in 2014 to 2015, they attended George Brown College and studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Currently, they are enrolled at Athabasca University pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Human Resources Management and Services, which began in 2020 and is ongoing.
