James Hedges

James Hedges has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. James currently works as a Business Development Consultant for Perpetuus Tidal Energy Centre, a leading tidal energy development company. Prior to this, they were a Co-opted Member of the Audit and Risk Committee at Queen Mary University of London. James also has experience as a Business Development Consultant at Autonomous Robotics Ltd, where they played a crucial role in the development of an autonomous underwater vehicle. James served as the Director of Finance at Horatio's Garden and as the Group Finance Director at Trakm8 Holdings PLC, a telematics company. Additionally, James has held various Finance Director roles at SME companies, including European Pensions Management Ltd, William Sheppee Ltd, and H King & Sons. James also served as a Non Executive Director and Finance Director at System C Healthcare, a leading IT solutions provider for the healthcare industry. Earlier in their career, James worked in Business Development at London Electricity and as a Director at Charterhouse Mercantile Group of Companies. James started their professional journey as a Senior Auditor at KPMG UK.
