Joseph Buckner

Joseph Buckner has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Joseph has held various roles in different companies, with a focus on engineering and project management. Most recently, Joseph served as the Director of Engineering, By-Wire and Autonomous Systems at AutonomouStuff, leading a team of over 50 engineers across multiple countries. Joseph successfully transitioned the company's R&D process to production development processes and was responsible for the execution of over $50M worth of engineering programs. Prior to that, Joseph was the Director of Product Engineering at the same company, where they led a small team and oversaw software development activities. Joseph also worked at Caterpillar Inc. as the Autonomous Systems Analysis Team Lead and Engineer, at Kress Corporation as an Electrical Design Engineer, and at Archer Daniels Midland as an Electrical Engineer. In addition, they have held leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as the President of the IEEE Bradley Chapter and as a Co-founder of the Oriented Bradley Robotics Alliance.
