Andrew Carter

Andrew Carter is a board member at Autonomy Institute. Andrew was previously the technology director at CAL Analytics, LLC, where they worked on U.S. UAS traffic management programs in New York and Ohio. Andrew was also the senior system engineer at Gryphon Sensors, where they developed system-level architectures for unmanned traffic management systems, and the architecture sub-committee co-lead at RTCA Special Committee 228. Andrew has also worked as a program manager at SRC and a research engineer at Clarkson University.

Andrew Carter has a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Clarkson University.
