Phil Kenul

Phil Kenul is currently a board member at Autonomy Institute. Prior to this, they worked at ASTM International, TriVector Services, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). From 2007 to 2011, they were the director of marine and aviation operations centers for NOAA. Phil was also rear admiral for NOAA from 2007 to 2011.

Phil Kenul has a BS in Biology from the State University of New York College at Cortland and an MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
