Nilesh Badgujar

Nilesh Badgujar has a work experience spanning over several years. Nilesh started their career in 2010 as a Customer Relationship Executive at Tata Capital, where they were involved in selling demat and trading accounts, acquiring new clients, and providing services to existing customers. In 2013, they worked as a Business Development Executive at smmart Training & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. Their role involved meeting company CEOs and entrepreneurs to understand their businesses. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Autoone Engineering Services Pvt Ltd as a Strategic Account Manager for IT & Engineering Services. In this role, they dealt with clients in these domains, coordinated with team executives and various departments, and managed back office staff. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager for India Staffing at the same company. In 2022, they became the Business Unit Head for Staffing.
