Product Solutions Director, Wordlpac Private Label at Autopart International

Kevin Whalen has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Kevin started their career as a Buyer at Nevada Bob's Golf & Tennis, where they worked from 1988 to 1994. Kevin then joined Golf Day as a Buyer and worked there from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they worked at Gart Sports (later known as Sports Authority) as a Buyer for the golf department from 1999 to 2002. Kevin then joined Bass Pro Shops as an Athletics Merchandiser for a brief period from 2002 to 2003. In 2004, they had a role as a Purchasing Manager at Miller Golf. Later in 2004, they joined Autopart International, a division of Advance Auto Parts, where they held various positions. Kevin started as a Buyer and worked in that role until 2014, when they became the Product Solutions Director for the WORLDPAC Private Label. In this role, they had significant responsibilities and spearheaded new product development, sourcing, packaging, marketing, and sales. Kevin also led the integration, sourcing, and assortment planning for the WORLDPAC Private Label. Throughout their career, Kevin Whalen has gained experience in purchasing, merchandising, and product development in the retail industry.

Kevin Whalen attended Archbishop Williams High School where they earned their high school diploma. Kevin then went on to Quincy Jr. College where they studied Business Management and obtained an Associate Degree.
