Oky Handyko

Oky Handyko currently serves as the Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary at AUTOPEDIA since March 2022, following a career transition from a capital market law practitioner to a role in a listed company associated with the Triputra Group. Prior to this, Oky was a Legal Manager at GudangAda from November 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included corporate fundraising during the Seed Series stage and building legal procedures as the company's first legal officer. Oky's experience also includes serving as Corporate Legal Coordinator at Mayapada Group, overseeing legal documents and reporting to a family member of the group, and beginning a career as a Litigation Assistant at Orang Tua Group, handling nationwide cases in the FMCG sector. Oky holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Universitas Tarumanagara, obtained in 2015.
