Fraser Best

Fraser Best is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, product ownership, and business analysis. Currently serving as a Product Owner at AutoProtect since May 2019, Fraser has also held positions as a Business Analyst and Client Services Executive within the same company. Prior to AutoProtect, Fraser worked at the Medical Protection Society as a Member Operations Advisor and at West Yorkshire Police as a Contact Officer. Fraser's extensive experience at Capita Customer Management included roles such as Brand Support Advisor, System Administrator, Parts Expeditor, Customer Relations Manager, and Senior Goodwill Advisor and Team Leader. Fraser began a career in the customer service sector at Europcar as an Assistance Co-ordinator and has a foundational education from Morley High School, graduating in 2003.
