Leonard Sweet

Leonard Sweet is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Autoquip Corporation since February 2024, Leonard previously held several key positions at The Toro Company from April 2019 to February 2024, including Sr. Regional Manager of Manufacturing Engineering for Construction Businesses. Leonard's tenure at Ditch Witch, from December 1992 to March 2019, included roles such as Director of Components Manufacturing and Technical Services, and Director of Technical Services. Early in the career, Leonard gained experience at Rockwell International as a Manufacturing Engineer.
