Alfred De Rose has a variety of work experience in different roles and companies. In 2022, they are currently working as a Customer Success Manager at AutoRABIT, focusing on DevOps and DevSecOps. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Salsita.co as a Product Manager, overseeing project delivery and process improvement. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, Alfred worked as a Project Management/Software Development Consultant at Expats.cz, where they promoted best practices and collaborated with technical and sales teams. Before that, from 2009 to 2018, they were the Founder & Managing Director of Tego Interactive, where they managed all aspects of the software development and consulting firm. Alfred also has experience as the Director of Mobile Strategy at Vero Partners in 2009 and Vice President of Software Development Operations at MLiven from 2005 to 2009. Alfred's earlier experience includes working as an Independent Software Development Project Manager, Corporate & Client Training Manager at American Utility Management, Inc., and Youth & Family Counselor at the Village of Bensenville.

Alfred De Rose holds an MBA degree in Management and Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Alfred also obtained another MBA degree in Management from the same institution during the same period. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology/Criminology from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1987 to 1992.

In addition to their formal education, Alfred De Rose has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the certifications "Project Management: Solving Common Project Problems" and "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management" from LinkedIn. More recently, in August 2022, they completed the certifications "Customer Success Management Fundamentals" and "Sales: Customer Success" from LinkedIn.
