Dianne O'Connell

Dianne O'Connell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people operations, project management, and real estate. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations and Compliance at Autura since November 2022, Dianne manages cross-divisional projects and HR functions. As the Owner/Operator of DOC Management, LLC, Dianne specializes in building and investing in multi-family dwellings. Dianne's previous roles include Senior Project/Asset Manager at Claremont Residential LLC, overseeing a luxury 289-unit complex, and Community Project Manager at Greystar. With a strong background in property management and real estate, Dianne has held several management positions, including at The Heritage Companies, Inc., and Barkan Management Co., Inc. Dianne holds a Real Estate Investment Certificate from Harvard Extension School and a degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's College.
