Elena Oliver

Elena Oliver is the current Chief of Staff at Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia. Elena previously worked as the Responsable de Calidad at Fundación Valenciaport from January 2006 to December 2010, and as the Técnico de Calidad at FEPORTS from January 2003 to December 2005.

Elena Oliver has a Master's in Maritime and Intermodal Transport Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and a degree in Industrial Organization and Transport & Quality from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia.

Elena Oliver reports to Francesc Josep Sánchez, Managing Director. They are on a team with Néstor Martínez - Deputy Director & Head of Sales & Business Development, Carmen García - Head of Territory Management, and Arturo Monfort - Head of Infrastructure Planning & Port Development.
