The Marketing and Communications team at Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM) is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and communication plans to promote public transportation, active transportation, and carpooling. They work to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of the transit network, improve user experience, and support the organization's mandate of fostering sustainable and integrated regional mobility. The team ensures cohesive branding, engages with stakeholders and the public, and coordinates public relations efforts to build a supportive community for the organization’s initiatives.
