Fatiha Rkhaoui

Fatiha Rkhaoui is a seasoned policy officer at the Autoriteit Financiële Markten, specializing in strategy, policy, and international affairs since October 2016. In previous roles, Rkhaoui served as a Supervision Officer for Capital Markets, focusing on prospectus supervision and representing the AFM at ESMA working groups. Rkhaoui has also contributed to governance as a supervisory board member for the Nederlandse Bachvereniging and trained as a supervisory board trainee at Trinitas College. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in Corporate Law from VU Amsterdam and attendance at the Blikverruimers Academy for future supervisory board members, complemented by internships at notable law firms and financial institutions. Additionally, Rkhaoui participated in research related to Dutch entrepreneurs in China during the Netherlands-Asia Honours Summer School.
