Mechteld Giesen

Mechteld Giesen is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving at Autoriteit Financiële Markten since February 2014. Prior to this role, Mechteld worked as a PhD candidate at BCN-NIC from September 2009 to February 2014 and contributed as a junior researcher for both Commissie-Samson and Commissie-Deetman between 2010 and 2012. Additional experience includes roles as a research assistant at TIFN Wageningen and as an EEG research supervisor at Xendo Groningen, both in 2008.
