Torben Eckardt has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Torben is currently the Director of Business & Leadership Development at Autorola Group. Additionally, they serve as a Member of the Board of Directors at Nimbus Motorcycles Denmark A/S and as a Board Member at Autorola Middle East and North Africa Limited and Autorola Middle East Limited. Prior to these positions, Torben was the Founder and CMC of ViaTec Consult. Torben also worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Polestar Automotive AB and Volvo Car Group. Earlier in their career, they served as the Managing Director of Volvo Car México and as the Market Area Director - LATAM at Volvo Car Group. Torben also held the position of Chairman of the Turkish Board at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
Torben Eckardt's education history begins in 1975 when they attended N. Zahle's Highschool. Torben graduated from high school in 1978 with a focus on mathematics and physics. From 1979 to 1982, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, they attended Copenhagen Business School from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on courses in International Business/Trade/Commerce.
